Lowcountry Soccer and the Summerville Soccer Club would like to extend an invitation to youth soccer teams and players between the ages of U8 - U14 to participate in the 2012 Robbie Owens Memorial Tournament on April 21-22. The tournament is dedicated to the fond memory of Robbie Owens who embraced the passion of soccer while first playing at the City of Charleston, Department of Recreation and then at the Summerville Soccer Club, Bridge FA and on the South Carolina United FC Development Academy team. It is with the USSDA in mind that the tournament is committed to providing scholarship funding for aspiring players who are selected to play for SC United Battery-DA that would otherwise not be able to afford the opportunity to compete at the highest level. |
The tournament is open to all levels of club soccer teams that wish to experience a spring soccer competition in beautiful Charleston, SC with teams from throughout the Carolinas, Georgia and other nearby states.
2012 Tournament Details:
The tournament is geared for the teams that compete at the Academy, Challenge, Classic, and Premier levels.
Each age group will offer both a Gold (I) and Black (II) division depending on a team’s playing level.

Boys/Girls *U8 - U14
New Division: U8 (4v4)-4 games guaranteed
Entry Fees:
U8 @ $275.00
U9-U10 @ $400.00
U11-U12 @ $450.00
U13-U14 @ $500.00
Guaranteed Matches: 3 (4 for U8 divisions)
Entry Deadline: March 25
