One of the goals of the South Carolina United Development Academy is to provide the best soccer environment that promotes opportunities to earn athletic scholarships and gain admission to highly competitive colleges and universities of choice. Good soccer and good education go to the heart of our core philosophy. SCUFCDA boys’ teams achieve this as the only club in South Carolina that offers USSF’s “Development Academy” program fielding two teams comprised of U15/U16 players and U17/U18 players. South Carolina United Development Academy was a charter member of US Soccer’s Development Academy that started in 2007 and remains the only Academy club in South Carolina.
